Returning
Please feel free to return the product under our 'Free return policy' within 7 days of the purchase. We are always glad to assist you in the process, as we believe that your satisfaction is our core responsibility.
You can return the product if a defective or damaged product has been delivered
If the customer has any complaint on the product delivered he/she should inform the same to us within 48 hours.
In case if the product was custom stitched then Returning is not possible.
Always note that there may be a slight or minute color variation is possible due to the photographic lights or because of the influence of the screen resolution. Please go through the color disclaimer before ordering the product.
In case, if you do not like the color of the product or if the wrong size or color has been delivered, you can always exchange it for your desired color or the preferred size. Read our exchange policy to know more.
Please keep the product details, order number and order details handy when you call our customer support seeking assistance for your grievance. Once we receive the item returned your refund, replacement or exchange request will initiated within 24 to 48 hours.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is solely a step forward for the complete satisfaction of our customers.
This policy lets our customers to exchange their product if they are unsatisfied with the color or size of the product they received, within 24 hours after the supply.
Customers can always request for exchange if a wrong size ordered or delivered. If the customer wants exchange for the same product of different color it is also possible. This can be done by replacing the product received.
Customers can contact our customer support executives to know more on the process of exchanging the product received. Make sure the product is replaced with all the necessary tags and bills as how it has been delivered.
